Own Lucid’s always-on creator and influencer program end to end, including roster strategy, tiering, briefing, content oversight, agency management, and performance reporting. Serve as the internal expert on influencer strategy and platform trends, leading competitive conquest initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Build measurement frameworks, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and manage creator budget tracking and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage Lucid’s creator and influencer program end-to-end, including roster strategy, tiering, briefing, content review, and performance reporting.
•Develop and maintain tiered creator relationships across macro, mid-tier, and micro segments aligned to campaign objectives and audience strategy.
•Lead creator and influencer strategy for competitive conquest initiatives, identifying and activating creators to drive in-market brand consideration.
•Monitor platform trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and provide internal expertise on formats, algorithm shifts, and measurable performance drivers.
•Manage agency relationships and build the influencer performance measurement framework, translating data into recommendations and tracking creator program budgets.

•Experience managing an active creator roster across multiple simultaneous campaign workstreams.
