Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of construction supervision experience on civil, infrastructure, mine closure, environmental remediation, or earthworks projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience with ice road and winter road construction in northern or remote environments.
  • •Strong understanding of construction equipment, field logistics, workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity management.
  • •Experience supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary field teams.
  • •Proven experience managing health and safety programs with a Safety-First mindset.
