Job Summary

Ensure daily accuracy of hotel revenue by auditing income from hotel systems (PMS/POS) against the general ledger. Verify night-audit reports, analyze deviations across credit card, bank transfers, vouchers, and cash, and support compliance with internal controls and German GoBD standards. Contribute to monthly and annual revenue reporting with KPI creation, partnering closely with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Daily revenue control and reconciliation of Zimmer, F&B, events, and spa revenues from PMS/POS with main accounts
•Verify night-audit reports and check plausibility of allowances, cancellations, house charges, and corrections
•Manage interfaces by controlling credit card, bank transfer, voucher, and cash receipts including deviation analysis and follow-up
•Monitor compliance with internal control standards (SOPs), legal requirements for the hotel industry, and German GoBD standards
•Support monthly and annual closings for revenue and create relevant KPI reports for management; collaborate with Front Office and F&B to optimize internal processes
