Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project-level initiatives for structural and electrical thin film process development, especially dielectric (Low/High K) and carbon-based films.
  • •Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under senior staff guidance.

  • •Expertise in thin film deposition techniques such as Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (plasma/thermal), including recipe setup and process tuning.
  • •Proficiency with process optimization and documentation/data analysis (SPC, DOE, root cause analysis) and experience fixing process issues with corrective actions.
