Lead the development of a team inside a consumer and small-business financial center through a structured onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, and Small Business. Deliver a memorable customer experience by deepening relationships, using a consultative sales approach, and supporting customers with Financial Needs Assessments (FNA) across channels. Coach and guide employees to reinforce core values, manage an integrated book of business strategy, and maintain a strong ethics and compliance mindset.

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.

•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use consultative sales to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team; support community involvement and model ethical conduct and compliance.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
