Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects from proposal phase to report completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver project deliverables
  • •Ensure projects are completed within client scope, budget, and schedule expectations
  • •Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and Indigenous partners
  • •Prepare archaeological reports in compliance with MCM standards
  • •Develop and implement field health and safety materials

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field
  • •2 years+ of experience in archaeological consulting or a similar role
  • •Valid Ontario MCM Research or Professional Archaeology licence
  • •Familiarity with MCM Standards and Guidelines for Consultant Archaeologists
  • •Experience supporting archaeological fieldwork, including basic data collection and field documentation
