Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structural calculation and analysis for assigned projects, preparing/reviewing calculations, analysis models, and calculation reports while owning design basis and code compliance.
  • •Coordinate and technically review junior and mid-level engineers’ work, providing technical guidance and support.
  • •Coordinate structural design requirements and interfaces with other disciplines on the project.
  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact with the lead design office and/or client on structural matters.
  • •Ensure structural deliverables meet schedule, quality, and technical requirements, and participate in integrated multidisciplinary design.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering (mandatory).
  • •Minimum 10 years of technical experience in structural engineering for steel and concrete structures.
  • •Experience acting as calculation/design lead, developing and reviewing structural calculations and analysis models with structural analysis, design basis, and code compliance.
  • •Experience coordinating engineers on structural projects, including technical review and providing technical guidance.
  • •Working knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, ACI) plus Eurocode.
