Construction Project Manager

Own construction projects end-to-end for commercial and/or industrial developments, from site selection and due diligence through entitlements, permitting, design coordination, budgeting, and pre-construction oversight. Serve as a liaison with municipalities and stakeholders, manage vendors and consultants, track cost/schedule against milestones, and lead weekly project meetings. Oversee closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, inspections, and final documentation.
