Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience with 2-3 years in process improvement roles or equivalent, owning end-to-end initiatives and using digital tooling for analytics, automation, and AI/ML process improvements.
  • •Solid knowledge of Lean methods including waste identification, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
  • •Proficient written and conversational English to work in a global organization (any additional language is a plus).
  • •Conceptual out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • •A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and proven experience in supply chain management, or a strong academic background in AI, machine learning, or data science with interest in supply chain processes.
