Job Summary

Serve as a key day-of-event leader for The Truth, supporting the successful execution of concerts, special events, and venue activities. Coordinate with department managers and supervisors, facilitate staff communication and briefings, monitor venue conditions, and assist with real-time problem resolution. Perform pre-event venue readiness inspections, lead check-ins/debriefs, support VIP programs and training, and collaborate with venue leadership to improve guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the successful execution of concerts, special events, and venue activities from pre-event preparation through event closeout.
•Provide day-of-event leadership by coordinating with department managers/supervisors and facilitating staff communication, briefings, and check-ins.
•Coordinate with Guest Services, Security, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Box Office, Production, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
•Conduct pre-event venue readiness inspections and help ensure guest-facing and back-of-house areas are event ready.
•Monitor venue operations during events and assist with real-time decision-making, problem resolution, and staff deployment.
•Assist with show VIP Programs, staff briefings/debriefs, and support training and development of supervisors and part-time staff.
•Support client-facing activities and on-site oversight for private and special events.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of high-volume venue operations, guest services, and event management.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make quick decisions and de-escalate challenging situations.
•Experience building positive relationships with guests, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
•Ability to anticipate and respond to guest, client, and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
