Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead test technology and process solutions for new product designs and manufacturing scalability.
  • •Optimize manufacturing techniques, including material selection, equipment metrology, and parameter refinement.
  • •Design and implement manufacturing processes and repair methodologies, including reverse engineering solutions.
  • •Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize production testing strategies.
  • •Perform RF/analog test characterization (including thermal profiling, recipe tuning, power delivery calibration) and ATE/bench device characterization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field with 4+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a Ph.D.
  • •Working knowledge of RF lab equipment including mixed-signal, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, and TDRs.
  • •2+ years of IC test experience and/or 2+ years of ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development.
  • •Hands-on experience in manufacturing process improvement, problem-solving, and excursion management.
  • •Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
