Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across teams.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps, push teams to close them, and own urgent business problems across departments.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer with structured thinking and strong follow-through.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
•Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, shifting priorities, and what needs escalation.
