Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support front-end engineering systems for the assigned product line.
  • •Support development of product line training documentation for engineering software tools and processes.
  • •Manage MI system issues tickets through individual contribution and coordination with other Eaton resources.
  • •Maintain and improve systems (including Bid Manager, MI Manager, POM, etc.) to meet stakeholder needs.
  • •Support defect resolution for ServiceNow tickets and coordinate error recreation and documentation with product line engineering and IT developers.

Key Requirements
