Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the budget, re-forecast, and long-term business plan for scope, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Partner with budget owners (revenue, marketing, cost-centre leads) as go-to financial interlocutor, challenging performance and co-owning corrective actions.
  • •Identify cost optimization opportunities with Procurement and prioritize savings across the business.
  • •Ground OKRs in financial reality and cascade into operational objectives that support financial performance.
  • •Contribute to the group’s 5-year financial model and drive automation of reporting and forecasting with BizOps, supporting fundraising and board/shareholder reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services, ideally with exposure to a high-growth tech company.
  • •A master’s degree from a top business or engineering school.
  • •Strong financial and accounting foundation, including P&L structure, unit economics, and cash flow.
  • •Advanced analytical and modeling skills (cohort-based revenue, elasticity-based CAC, bottom-up cost modeling).
  • •Fluent English (French is a strong plus).
