Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, including ongoing enhancements to data quality and tech stack integration.
  • •Align with pre-sales and consult prospects/clients to define goals and metrics that guide data architecture and project outcomes.
  • •Engage with customer engineering and product teams to handle technical onboarding, optimize Mixpanel deployments, and improve data trust.
  • •Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations and adoption/change-management best practices.
  • •Build AI automations and consult on integrating customers’ agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming using at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence tools, or product analytics tools.
  • •Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.
  • •Familiar with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), event streaming, and reverse ETL.
  • •Can manage complex projects with multiple client stakeholders while balancing scope and timelines.
  • •Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
