Job Summary

Lead program delivery for a growing NASA portfolio, supporting the pursuit and execution of initiatives across service desk operations, AI-enabled tools, deskside support, and PC as a Service. Serve as a key customer-facing and internal leadership point, driving schedules, deliverables, quality/compliance, and program metrics. Supervise and mentor remote teams while strengthening customer relationships and translating complex technical topics into clear outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the successful pursuit and execution of NASA initiatives supporting service desk operations, AI-enabled tools, deskside support, and PC as a Service.
•Engage stakeholders, build trust, set expectations, and act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and the customer.
•Develop and maintain program schedules, allocate tasks to development and operations teams, and proactively manage roadblocks.
•Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with federal and NASA requirements, using program metrics to improve performance.
•Provide strategic leadership and consultative guidance to support customer experience, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 142,792 - 164,450 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 combined years of program management experience.
•Extensive experience with the NASA environment and building solutions for NASA customers.
•Proven experience managing customer relationships and supervising personnel, including remote team leadership and performance management.
•Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including independently leading meetings and technical calls and communicating complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
•Experience creating schedules and timelines, tracking deliverables and metrics, and providing demonstrations and virtual training.
