Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and enable operations to resolve complex internal and external supply chain challenges.
  • •Lead and execute internal transformation projects within PiCO, and support externally driven workstreams.
  • •Support and drive PI (Process Improvement) digitalization initiatives across the organization.
  • •Maintain operational knowledge within the PiCO team and ensure process compliance with Airbus processes.
  • •Monitor and report PiCO operational performance and manage internal communications for alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably in aerospace or heavy manufacturing.
  • •Proven track record leading continuous improvement or transformation projects in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • •Ability to dissect supply chain bottlenecks and provide actionable solutions.
  • •Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies, plus strong cross-functional communication and English fluency.
