Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as general manager for the Cloudflare One business unit with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
  • •Craft and execute a differentiated market strategy to establish Cloudflare as a leading SASE and Zero Trust platform, aligning product, ecosystem partnerships, and field execution.
  • •Recruit, develop, and lead a global leadership organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy.
  • •Establish and run an operating cadence including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive reporting with data-driven insights.
  • •Drive partner-first growth with systems integrators, MSPs, and channel partners; translate field feedback into actionable product and engineering insights, and lead AI security GTM adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses, ideally with prior GM or P&L ownership experience.
  • •Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems, including SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and network security.
  • •Proven record building and scaling partner-led go-to-market models and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
  • •Track record winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts with fluency in the SASE competitive landscape.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and execute rigorous operating frameworks and build high-performance global teams.
