Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze Risk Performance Rating (RPR), PRSA/RCSA, and Compliance Risk Assessment data to identify control gaps and support remediation.
  • •Gather business requirements, map current and future-state processes, and identify process improvement opportunities for risk and compliance initiatives.
  • •Support regulatory reporting, policy governance, and sustainability reporting by coordinating data collection and validating information.
  • •Collaborate with business, compliance, procurement, technology, and audit stakeholders to manage Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) and resolve issues.
  • •Develop risk dashboards/management reports and coordinate audit activities, tracking findings and remediation plans while maintaining governance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in third-party risk management, vendor governance, operational risk, compliance, internal audit, or related governance.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end third-party lifecycle activities (due diligence, contracting support, ongoing monitoring, issue management, governance reporting).
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional projects to drive process governance, operational improvements, and regulatory or policy compliance.
  • •Strong analytical, reporting, and risk assessment skills to identify trends, evaluate risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; relevant certifications (PMP, CRISC, CISA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are an advantage.
