Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage business requirements and IT solution/process design and implementation across international projects.
  • •Drive SAP S/4HANA rollouts and integrate Sika companies and acquisitions in the EMEA region.
  • •Collaborate on SAP OTC template design and rollout program execution.
  • •Perform process reviews and adjustments during transformation from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard, supporting new process and system changes.
  • •Handle enquiries from SAP process managers, conduct error analysis, coordinate corrective measures, and create user documentation and process descriptions for change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in the OTC domain, including at least 4 years in OTC process architecture & design.
  • •Proven functional SAP S/4HANA expertise.
  • •Strong understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end sales processes (OTC) in an industrial environment.
  • •Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently with strong analytical and structured thinking.
