•Run and maintain knowledge of bagging equipment, bag styles, and customer-driven specifications.
•Create bag labels that meet customer requirements and maintain customer requirement data on labels and bags.
•Set up and run machines to full capability, complete paperwork timely, and assist in other areas as required.
•Recognize unsafe conditions and report safety hazards or violations to a lead person or supervisor.
•Make minor repairs and assist the Maintenance department with major repairs; recognize maintenance problems and inventory adjustment needs on manufacturing systems.
