Job Summary

Bridge data-driven insights with executive communications to support Consumer and Small Business Banking performance. Analyze financial and market trends, monitor internal data and investor analyst feedback, and generate actionable thematic insights. Create narratives and support quarterly earnings and investor presentations, including pre-/post-earnings routines and stakeholder events. Partner with executive leadership, finance, economists, and Investor Relations to align messaging and track client, market, and competitive trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze financial performance, market trends, and internal data assets to generate insights for strategic decisions and stakeholder communications.
•Prepare and support quarterly earnings packages and investor presentations in partnership with Investor Relations and Communications teams.
•Lead pre-earnings and post-earnings routines, including dissemination of relative-performance assessments to CSBB Senior Leaders and key leaders.
•Partner with executive leadership to create data-driven internal and external presentations for board and stakeholder engagements.
•Collaborate cross-enterprise with finance officers, economists, and Wholesale Banking experts to incorporate forecasts and economic/regulatory updates into executive materials.

•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Management) or equivalent education/training.
•7-10 years of experience in data analysis, investor relations, consulting, or a related financial/banking role.
•Executive-level business acumen across consumer banking, small business banking, or digital banking, including knowledge of bank financials and performance measurement.
•Ability to perform effectively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority matters with autonomy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex ideas clearly and influence internal and external audiences.
