Own and grow a commercial real estate loan portfolio across Washington and Oregon by prospecting for new business and deepening existing client relationships. •Originate large and complex commercial real estate transactions, including construction loans, bridge loans, permanent financing, and lines of credit.
•Maintain overall portfolio credit quality by applying sound credit judgment and managing risk in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
•Advise clients and prospects on commercial banking products, identify cross-sell opportunities, and refer to internal partners.
•Represent the bank in the local market by building relationships with real estate professionals and supporting visibility through events and industry engagement.
