•Use outbound and inbound engagement to negotiate and close commercial opportunities effectively.
•Deliver high levels of customer care by taking ownership of day-to-day client and account issues.
•Collaborate with intermediaries and third parties to ensure issue resolution and maintain service quality in line with standards.
