Lead Zurich’s catastrophe response for natural hazard events within the GI Claims team. Design and maintain end-to-end catastrophe response plans, integrate hazard scenarios into business continuity and surge planning, and coordinate claims operations during flood, bushfire, cyclone, and storm events. Strengthen internal and vendor partnerships, monitor operational performance to improve customer outcomes, and represent Zurich in resilience and catastrophe response forums.
