Senior technical leader in AVEVA’s Marine Center of Excellence, providing shipbuilding PLM development and project management expertise to shape next-generation marine PLM solutions. Leads architecture design, communicates product requirements, prepares technical proposals, tests features, and conducts customer workshops to demonstrate value and drive successful deployments.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Design the system architecture required for the next-generation shipbuilding platform and apply it to AVEVA solutions
•Contribute to the development and update of product functions by clearly communicating product requirements to Product Development and Product Portfolio teams
•Contribute to the preparation and presentation of technical proposals to solve specific customer needs/problems
•Test new features and release well-organized material regularly
•Lead customer technical workshops on newly released PLM features for marine

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in PLM software development; experience with AVEVA Net (or similar tools) acceptable
•Ability to collaborate with other solution engineers and provide coaching/mentoring
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Strong leadership skills to motivate a team of technical managers and consultants
•BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
