Key Responsibilities

•Execute PM & CPM routines per SOPs and identify improvement projects to shorten MTBF and increase uptime; select and approve replacement parts and submit vendor invoices
•Conduct failure analysis using scripting and data tools; anticipate potential failures and propose pre-emptive solutions; document findings in maintenance and quality systems
•Monitor equipment/process performance, flag deviations, and propose inline adjustments; use analytics to evaluate operating data for continuous improvement
•Work with Engineering and Production to support system set-up and calibration; serve as liaison between Engineering and Operations on maintenance scheduling
•Identify new assignments or projects that align with departmental priorities; participate on cross-functional teams and contribute to high-impact initiatives beyond routine maintenance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.6 - 60.4 hourly
