Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ensure “First Time Right” quality in the Detail Shop by inspecting team members’ work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and coaching detailers on proper techniques and standard operating procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for the detail line regarding quality and production goals, assist on the detail line as needed, and handle final detailing tasks, logging, photographing, staging, and inventory report support.
