Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and manage point cloud data to support Scan-to-BIM deliverables.
  • •Perform AutoCAD drafting and prepare sheets to agreed deadlines.
  • •Develop and manage Revit models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems; create and modify Revit families as needed.
  • •Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with WSP and industry BIM standards (including ISO 19650).
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, provide work status updates, and support planning, resource utilisation, and health & safety practices.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 4 years of relevant experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks/Civil 3D (BIM), preferably on large infrastructure projects.
  • •Proficiency in Recap for point cloud processing.
  • •Extensive Revit experience for architecture, structure, and systems including Plumbing, HVAC, Electricals, and Fire protection.
  • •Ability to create and manage Revit families.
  • •B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline; familiarity with BIM ISO 19650 standards is expected, and BIM software certification is a plus.
