Job Summary

Build and grow strategic partner relationships across Sumatera by collaborating on sales strategies and empowering partners through training. Serve as the advanced expert on offerings, promotions, and configurations, tailoring solutions to customer needs. Work with senior sales leaders to develop sales plans for partner accounts, identify and integrate new partners, and support partner events such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows while providing operational support and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the expert to partners on offerings, promotions, and configuration details.
•Build relationships with partners at various organizational levels, including senior executives, to align business goals.
•Collaborate with partners to tailor solutions to specific customer needs, including product and service customization.
•Collaborate with senior sales representatives and managers to develop sales strategies and plans for partner accounts.
•Conduct training for partners on latest products, services, and industry trends; identify new strategic partners and support partner events.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling or channel & alliance.
•Demonstrated competence in account management and business development.
•Experience with channel sales and outside sales in B2B environments.
•Ability to use Salesforce and apply selling techniques, sales process, and sales strategy.
