Mechanical Engineer, Satellite Harnessing (Starlink)

Design and qualify Starlink wire harnesses end-to-end on the Starlink team, from concept and component selection through production documentation and system integration. Develop electro-mechanical harness designs in 3D NX CAD, produce electrical schematics for flight and qualification, and drive mechanical assemblies to closure through integration trades. Perform thermal/mechanical/electrical analyses and testing to support qualification, while collaborating with production teams and delivering clear design reviews.
