  • •Deliver training and uphold consistent operating standards in both the sales floor and backroom.
  • •Maintain an organized, tidy stockroom; sort shoes by size, style, and type to replenish inventory efficiently.
  • •Support regular inventory counts and checks to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies.
