Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Workforce Hub operations with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring consistent, high-standard living conditions to support labor attraction and retention.
  • •Lead vendor evaluations and monitor budget, facility SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs, driving corrective action plans when performance slips.
  • •Directly manage on-site Workforce Housing Site Coordinators, setting standards and motivating teams and vendors to resolve issues before escalation.
  • •Forecast capacity needs tied to the construction schedule, translating labor curves into phased bed-delivery plans and coordinating with construction and real estate on site viability.
  • •Build and maintain cashflow models, reconcile estimates to actuals on a fixed cadence, and track program spend against budget line by line.

Key Requirements
