Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA ETF business, providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance across the ETF product lifecycle—from new launches and regulatory change to ongoing governance of existing ranges. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Investments to review product proposals and investor-facing materials (including PRIIPs KIDs), monitor regulatory developments, and support readiness initiatives through training, awareness, and conflict-of-interest governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a key compliance advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business, building relationships and providing commercially minded guidance.
•Review new product proposals and support product launches by identifying and advising on relevant compliance and regulatory considerations.
•Advise on changes to existing ETF products, including product governance requirements and regulatory implications.
•Review investor-facing materials (including PRIIPs KIDs and other documentation) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
•Monitor regulatory developments affecting the ETF industry and deliver guidance, training, and risk-management practices to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Proven compliance experience in the asset management industry, ideally in an ETF, UCITS, or compliance advisory environment.
•Strong understanding of fund structures and ETF products, including the regulatory framework governing investment funds (particularly in Ireland).
•Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
•Experience advising business stakeholders on product governance, regulatory change, and compliance matters.
•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
