Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently develop and optimize manufacturing and filling processes for NPD and EPD projects.
  • •Lead pilot plant and industrial scale-up activities and establish critical process parameters and operating ranges.
  • •Author and maintain SPIs, manufacturing procedures, and filling bulk handling instructions.
  • •Serve as the Process Development representative on project teams, making independent technical recommendations and leading technical investigations and root cause analyses.
  • •Conduct process risk assessments (e.g., pre-Process FMEA), implement risk mitigation strategies, and support validation, qualification, and GMP change control/documentation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • •Working knowledge of process development and scale-up principles, including manufacturing equipment and unit operations.
  • •Working knowledge of GMP, validation, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
