Job Summary

Design, implement, and operate large-scale public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, serving as a technical authority for mission-critical workloads. Own reference architectures for OpenStack-based private cloud and hybrid/multi-cloud environments, guiding compute, storage, networking, and control plane decisions. Lead OpenStack upgrades and lifecycle management, integrate AWS/Azure/GCP with private platforms, and drive infrastructure automation, observability, reliability, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement reference architectures for private cloud (OpenStack) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
•Serve as an OpenStack technical expert, monitoring, optimizing, and leading upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.
•Design and integrate workloads across AWS/Azure/GCP alongside private cloud platforms, including hybrid networking and identity federation patterns.
•Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CI/CD) to enable standardization and self-service provisioning.
•Drive performance, scale, and reliability by performing root-cause analysis, improving observability, and responding to incidents.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale platform engineering.
•Deep hands-on OpenStack experience in production environments.
•Experience designing and operating large-scale private and hybrid cloud platforms.
•Strong knowledge of OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, etc.), plus Linux systems, KVM virtualization, and Kubernetes.
•Demonstrated leadership on complex, cross-team infrastructure initiatives.
