Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Level 2–3 escalations for complex site issues beyond the L1 ticket queue.
  • •Provision, image, deploy, and maintain endpoints and support office hardware (printers, peripherals, conference room/AV).
  • •Onboard and offboard local employees with account, device, and access setup in coordination with centralized IT.
  • •Support site networking and connectivity, troubleshooting switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and internet issues; manage connectivity for lab/specialized equipment.
  • •Act as on-site operational leader for infrastructure and employee care, partnering on standards/security and maintaining local documentation/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in IT support/operations with demonstrated growth into infrastructure and systems work.
  • •Strong end-user support skills with solid infrastructure fundamentals.
  • •Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and ISP coordination.
  • •Experience deploying and managing endpoints (laptops, desktops, workstations) including MDM/imaging.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise systems (Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian) and owning Level 2–3 escalations beyond a first-line queue.
