Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end responsibility for the maintenance department and ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective management of installations, machines, and infrastructure.
  • •Develop and continuously improve maintenance strategy (preventive, corrective, and on the way to predictive).
  • •Organize and coordinate breakdowns, evolving from reactive to structural and planned maintenance.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and procedures, including statutory inspections and work instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or master in a technical field (or equivalent through experience).

  • •Knowledge of maintenance and ERP systems; fluent in Dutch with technical knowledge of English.
