Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify product and process compliance with contractual, technical, industry requirements, AS9100 QMS, and internal policies.
  • •Analyze quality data, develop actionable metrics, and generate Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics.
  • •Lead failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, and drive issues to closure through Corrective Action Boards (CAB).
  • •Control non-conforming material identification, disposition, and escalation to Material Review Board (MRB) when needed.
  • •Develop and maintain work and inspection instructions, support configuration management, and release First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), including consumables/materials control.
  • •Manufacturing process experience (assembly, inspection, or test).
  • •Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Requirements and AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain the required ATF clearance and a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
