  • •Own product marketing strategy, setting and executing quarterly and long-term positioning for Help Scout’s product and platform.
  • •Build and scale the product marketing function by leading and partnering with the Lead Product Marketing Manager, including team capability and headcount roadmap.
  • •Enable sales, support, and internal teams with frameworks to clearly articulate product value, driving new revenue and expansion.
  • •Turn competitive intelligence into a strategic point of view that shapes product-led growth, sales, and expansion.
  • •Lead major product launches and seasonal release events end-to-end, coordinating across Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to land impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS product or AI platform, owning strategy beyond campaign execution.

  • •Proven people management experience, including coaching and developing team members into broader ownership.
  • •A credible point of view on positioning AI-powered products, ideally with direct experience marketing AI features or products.
