Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop electromechanical subsystems and product features for industrial vending and asset tracking solutions from concept through implementation.
  • •Own assigned designs across requirements definition, concept generation, detailed design, prototyping, testing, and release to production.
  • •Contribute to both mechanical and electrical/electronic design aspects, including assemblies, mechanisms, sensors, controls, wiring, and interface components.
  • •Conduct trade studies and lead or participate in DFMEA activities to identify design risks, assess robustness, and improve product reliability before physical builds.
  • •Create and maintain engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, test plans, validation results, and design records) and support prototype builds, validation, and root cause corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of relevant engineering experience in electromechanical product development.
  • •Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design (ADC, DAC, Op-amps, BJTs, MOSFETS, IGBTs, sensors, signal conditioning, filters, FPGA, logic gates, microcontrollers/microprocessors).
  • •Experience designing and developing electronic hardware, including component selection and obsolescence management.
  • •2+ years of experience in schematic creation and PCB layout design using Altium Designer v21 or above, plus simulation/circuit analysis using Excel, LTSpice, and PSpice (or equivalents).
