Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly commission cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the global sales force.
  • •Identify bottlenecks in the payout workflow and implement automated solutions to reduce manual errors.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for sales compensation inquiries, researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to sales compensation.
  • •Maintain documentation for audit purposes (SOX compliance) and support testing/implementation of compensation system upgrades and new tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • •Direct experience in Sales Compensation (Incentive Compensation Management) is a significant advantage.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested formulas, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
  • •Experience with a Sales Performance Management (SPM) system (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud) is an added advantage.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to interpret complex data accurately.
