Job Summary

Join Miele's global quality organization as Internal Auditor. You will plan, conduct, and follow up internal system audits across worldwide sites to verify conformity with ISO 9001, assess effectiveness, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions. Lead audits, prepare actionable reports, support business units with norms, and assist in external audits and continual enhancement of the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, conduct and document internal system audits, often taking Lead Auditor role
•Produce audit reports that are clear and actionable for business areas
•Follow up on audit findings with corrective and preventive actions
•Support business units with questions on standards and help implement requirements
•Prepare and accompany external audits to ensure structured and secure certifications

Key Requirements

•A completed degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering) and certification as an internal auditor (ISO 9001)
•Several years of experience in internal system auditing
•Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011; additional knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 or 50001 is a plus
•Analytical thinking and strong process understanding
•Clear and confident communication in German and English
