Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect death certificates and related documents such as Letters of Testamentary and Letters of Administration for decedents.
  • •Coordinate with attorneys on demand letters and opening probate cases for real estate loans where none exist.
  • •Prepare and send demand, acceleration, and offset letters as appropriate.
  • •Identify and submit Successor in Interest requests with various departments.
  • •Document collection efforts, assist the Director of Special Assets, and recommend collection strategy based on analysis of estate assets and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of loan and account documentation and business entity documentation.
  • •Knowledge of estate and trust documentation is preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, professionalism when communicating with heirs and others, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
