Think in user journeys, identify risks early, and validate fixes independently. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering while using BrowserStack, DevTools, Jira/Plane, and analytics/logging tools like Mixpanel and Sentry.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Perform hands-on manual QA-first testing to ensure web/product quality across browsers, devices, and real-world scenarios.
•Spot risks early by thinking in user journeys, understanding how systems break in production, and proactively raising issues.
•Test and validate critical flows including authentication (magic link/passwordless and OAuth/SSO), sessions, and browser storage behaviors.
•Run regression and risk-based QA through release cycles, ensuring consistent quality across environments and frequent shipping.
•Use tools like BrowserStack, DevTools (network inspection, console analysis, cache/storage debugging), and issue trackers to document and verify fixes.
