Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, evaluate, coordinate, prepare, and oversee multi-million-dollar cost proposals for government and commercial customers.
  • •Ensure cost proposal preparation, review, submission, and negotiations comply with FAR and TINA.
  • •Review and interpret RFP pricing requirements and coordinate proposal approach, schedule, and bidding activities with the proposal team.
  • •Coordinate cost proposal efforts by interfacing with Finance and Contracts, and other departmental stakeholders including engineering, supply chain, senior management, customers, and auditors.
  • •Estimate labor and material costs, research historical data to build accurate proposals, and develop traceable spreadsheet models and certification processes.
  • •Analyze and respond to customer fact-finding external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain, accounting/finance, business development, or engineering within manufacturing.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • •Be able to analyze, develop, and apply direct cost and performance data to develop estimates for new or follow-on business.
