•Mentor Early Career Professionals and promote CPD within the team
•Define project approaches using pragmatic systems thinking and MBSE within the lifecycle of big systems engineering projects
•Contribute to business development and client engagement by applying systems engineering expertise

Key Requirements

•A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
•Chartered status with a relevant professional body, or demonstrated path to Chartered status in the near future
•Post degree experience delivering Systems Integration in a Rail environment
•Experience in applying Systems Engineering tools (e.g., DOORS) and MBSE techniques
•Experience leading others in delivering Systems Engineering projects or tasks
