Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day program operations and instructional quality, including weekly lesson planning and curriculum development for Children & Youth classes.
  • •Prepare lesson materials and supplies, maintain a clean, safe classroom environment, and lead evening classes while assigning volunteer roles.
  • •Manage enrollment and attendance workflows: roster, waitlist/registration paperwork, sign-in/sign-out, and routine parent communication.
  • •Implement child-safety policies and emergency procedures, complete incident reports, escalate serious concerns, and maintain required documentation.
  • •Coordinate program logistics and supplies (inventory and purchase requests) and help lead two to three summer camps annually.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 hourly
