Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise server hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory and governance across purchase, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommission. Track end-of-life/end-of-support milestones, maintain CMDB/asset records in ServiceNow, and coordinate secure deinstallation and disposal. Oversee OEM and third-party maintenance contracts, align coverage to SLAs, mitigate risk for unsupported hardware, and forecast refresh and maintenance needs to support TCO and budgeting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Govern end-to-end server hardware lifecycle: purchase planning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommission.
•Track EOL/EOS milestones and maintain accurate, audit-ready asset records in CMDB/asset systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
•Oversee OEM and third-party maintenance support contracts, including warranty status, SLAs, renewals, and support coverage decisions.
•Manage risk and availability by ensuring critical servers have appropriate support coverage and coordinating escalation for incidents.
•Forecast refresh and renewal cycles, support budgeting/cost optimization, and improve processes and tooling through automation and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and asset governance practices.
•Strong understanding of enterprise server environments and infrastructure operations.
•Experience with hardware lifecycle management and vendor support models.
•Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization ability.
•Analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage asset, support, and compliance data.
