•Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets and achieve monthly sales targets.

•Ensure adherence to KYC/AML policies and other bank control requirements for quality growth.
•Record sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts, while maintaining product knowledge through training and workshops.
